DBTI will work with your project managers and their teams to develop a working baselined plan ready to deliver against. We can workshop the high-level plans using a number of techniques which can then be supplemented by working with individual team members to create the detail you need to understand the critical path and baseline allowing tracking to be maintained throughout the project.

DBTI can either maintain the plan on your behalf or mentor your own people to perform this role.
